|
 |
 |
| Instantaneous Voltage regulation.
No Transient and Spikes, Sinewave output. A perfect answer and
remedy for every electronic equipment.
The AC mains, powers the input winding which
is widely separated, physically, from the isolated output winding.
The input winding normally runs at very moderate flux linkage
levels. The output winding exhibits an intrinsic energy storage
characteristic and this energy storage operates in conjunction
with the mains capacitor to produce self-generated AC flux field
which is indirectly excited from the input windings. |

|
| |
| Caution |
| |
- Keep magnetic storage & display
devices like Diskettes, Spools, Monitors etc. away from the
STABILIZER.
- Switch ON the STABILIZER before
switching ON the attached peripherals & while switching
OFF, switch OFF attached peripherals first and then the STABILIZER.
- Avoid using the STABILIZER for
high inductive loads.
- Check frequency before using
the STABILIZER with a generator. Recommended frequency: 50±
1Hz.
- Switch OFF the STABILIZER when
not in use.

| Specification |
| |
- Output regulation:
etter than 2% for input voltage variations from no load to
full load.
- Current limit capacity
: Inherent and instantaneous. Output voltage drops when load
current exceeds the nominal value and automatically returns
to normal voltage when overload is removed. Maximum output
current is automatically limited to twice the nominal value
under output short circuit conditions and hence, input power
is limited to less to less than 10% of the nominal power.
C.V.T. protects itself from higher load currents and also
protects loads by dropping output voltage.
- Spike suppression:
Inherent and high. 2000 volts spike at input is suppressed
to 1 volt at output.
- Isolation: Very
high. More than 100 mega ohms between input and output.
- Voltage stabilization response
time: 10 - 20 milliseconds.
- Noise rejection capacity
: Very high. High isolation between input and output, removes
high frequency components of the transverse mode noise. Neutral
to ground bonding on the secondary side causes short circuit
for common mode noise.
- Short interruptions and
dips handling capacity :Very high. Output voltage
remains continuously available even up to 3 milliseconds of
non availability of input voltage.
- Full load efficiency
: Better than 87% .
- Frequency variation effects:
1% change in frequency causes 1.6% change in output voltage.
- No load loss:
15 - 22% of rated VA capacity.
- Wave form distortion:
Less than 5% .
- Recommended power factor:
0.8 to 1.
- Operating temperature
range: 0 Degree Celsius to 50 Degree Celsius
- Front panel controls:
Voltmeter with selector switch.
- Rear panel controls:
1. Terminal block connector for selection of output voltage.
2. Fuse for protection of C.V.T. 3. Mains cord for connection
of input voltage.
- Mechanical details:
Rust and corrosion proof powder coated CRCA enclosures.
